TENDER FOR PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES OF THE BNSC FACILITIES

Opportunity
The Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC) is a body corporate established in terms of Botswana National Sport Commission Act Number 30 0f 2014. The objective of the BNSC is to promote sport within Botswana and participation in sport outside Botswana. 
The BNSC wishes to appoint suitable, experienced, wholly citizen owned and reputable Companies for the following services:
 
TENDER NO: BNSC/LF/01/ 2020: PROVISION OF CLEANING SERVICES OF THE BNSC FACILITIES
 
Full details of the terms of reference may be obtained from the Botswana National Sport Commission Head Office, National Stadium, BLOCK B (Panda Stand), Gaborone between 0730hrs to 1245hrs and 1345hrs to 1630hrs.

Tenders should be hand delivered in a sealed envelope, clearly marked BNSC/LF/01/ 2020, COMPANY NAME, and should be addressed to.

Submission of responses shall be on or before the 13th February 2020 at 1200hrs and opening shall commence immediately thereafter at the BNSC Board Room, National Stadium.  Bidders may attend the opening of tenders. 
 
CONDITIONS OF TENDER
  1. The Tender Document shall be sold at a non-refundable price of P250.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Pula only) and P125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Five Pula Only) for youth owned companies against a cash value or a bank guaranteed cheque drawn in favour of Client. Tender documents are available at the above Office from 16th January 2020
  2. The BNSC is not in any way obliged to accept any tender whether lowest or highest or advance reasons for rejection or acceptance of any bid submitted.
  3. Tenders received after the closing date and time shall not be considered. 
  4. Tenders received via telephonic, telex, email or facsimile will not be considered.
  5. Compulsory site visits will be conducted from the 20th to the 24th January 2020 at the different BNSC Facilities. Bidders are advised to be present during site visits to familiarize themselves with the conditions of the facilities
