ADDENDUM - EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION IN THE BOTSWANA NATIONAL SPORT COMMISSION SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR 2 YEARS

The subject matter refers:

1. a.) The subject of the expression of interest should read “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION IN THE BOTSWANA NATIONAL SPORT COMMISSION SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR 3 YEARS”

2. a.) The Expression of Interest reference 2.1 states that EOI should be delivered in sealed envelopes and must be submitted in Two identical Hard copies (1 original + 3 copies) clearly marked: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION IN THE BOTSWANA NATIONAL SPORT COMMISSION SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR 3 YEARS

b.) The requirement should read as follows:

EOI submissions must be delivered in a sealed envelope and submitted in four (4) hard copies, comprising one (1) original and three (3) copies, clearly marked: EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION IN THE BOTSWANA NATIONAL SPORT COMMISSION SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS.

3.  a.) Kindly note that the closing date for the submission of EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION IN THE BOTSWANA NATIONAL SPORT COMMISSION SUPPLIER DATABASE FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS has been extended to 17^th April 2026.

    

   All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
