1.1. Reporting directly to the Director Corporate Services the incumbent will be responsible coordinating the provision and maintenance of a stable and appropriate Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure environment to support the business of the BNSC; maintain and ensure recoveries in case of disruptions; to provide technology communication services to the Commission for ensuring effective information flow.
1.2. Key Performance Areas
1.2.1. IT Security Management and Design
1.2.2. Management of hardware / software of IT related equipment
1.2.3. Configuration and management of the network ( wireless LAN)
1.2.4. Ensuring the Commission compliance with the all licensing rules of software usage
1.2.5. Development of policies and procedures regarding ICT information management.
1.3. Qualifications
1.3.1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
1.4. Experience
1.4.1. Minimum 7 years in ICT industry with hands on experience, 3 of which should have been at management level.
